Middle School Youth Group meets, 5:30-7:00 p.m. Meals will be provided by parents ( 1 middle school parent and 1 highs school parent). If parents have not signed up for a meal yet, please contact Pam Buskey who is coordinating the food schedule.

This Sunday Middle School meets for Youth Group at 5:30-7:00 followed by an invitation to stay until 9:00 for a movie and snacks night. Please let Sherrie know at email if you plan to stay late. This is an event only for our Middle School Youth Members.

COMING EVENTS Spring 2012:

• • Sunday, January 29 is the District Youth Event from 3:00-5:00 led by the Wesley Foundation. There will be great music, packing school supplies to be distributed by the United Methodist Committee on Relief, and the chance hang out with over 100 youth members from across the district. Gather in the Youth Room with the Youth Leaders at 3:00 and then go to Wesley together. Sign up by sending Sherrie an email, using the sign up sheet outside the youth room, or tell your Youth Leaders. Don’t forget your donation of school supplies. Just drop them off in the church office or take them to youth group this Sunday.

  • Sunday, February 5 is the Youth Group SKI DAY! Deadline to sign up is next Sunday. Those going skiing are expected to attend the 9:00 worship service followed by a hearty breakfast. Then we load the bus for a day of skiing at Catalooche and return to church by 4:00. We’ll cover the ski costs and provide lunch and snacks at the slopes. So far we know David Claxton, Wes Stone, Ashley Boaeuf, Marcus Metcalf, Sue Heckert, and Danielle Haney are going as chaperones. YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR THIS EVENT in order for us to prepare for a safe and fun day. Sign up by email, tell your Youth Leaders, or use the sheet outside the youth room. As always, friends are welcome.
