About Marcus
Cullowhee United Methodist Church’s Senior High youth leader is Marcus Metcalf. Marcus is a graduate of WCU’s Parks and Recreation Department, specializing in Recreational Management. He has worked in the mental health field with children for the past ten years. He has created the Outdoor Challenge Program for Jackson County Psychological Services and organizes very successful Outdoor Experiential Activities for young people in Jackson County. He enjoys God’s creation though gardening, hiking, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Greta, four-year-old son, Elijah and one year old daughter, Ania.
