El Centro del Señor
El Centro is the fruit of a collective effort amongst several churches to provide spiritual growth, worship opportunity, and other services to Hispanic persons in our community.
Each Sunday starting at 2:45-6:00 p.m folks come together for Bible study and worship in Spanish. A fellowship meal is served each Sunday following the worship service. Food and clothing assistance are also offered.
Tuesday nights, 7:30 p.m. a prayer time and Bible Study is led in the church sanctuary.
Alternating Friday nights, the people of El Centro meet in the church Fellowship Hall to socialize, eat and watch a movie. These activities begin at 6:00 p.m.
Cullowhee church is proud to provide meeting space and organizational presence for this work. We believe this to be one of the most important ministerial functions of our church. El Centro is constantly in need of gifts of money, new work gloves, socks, and anti-fungal skin cream. Questions can be addressed to Roberto Fernandez 828-399-0109.
