Service of Solace Wed. Dec. 19, 6:30pm

Many of us approach the Christmas season with a sense of eager anticipation and delight. But others of us have a harder time feeling cheerful or approach the season with more grief than joy. For that reason we are offering a Service of Solace. Maybe you have lost a loved one and their absence is sharply felt this time of year. Maybe you’ve experienced a different kind of loss, that of a relationship or a home or a job or a dream. Maybe you are facing difficult circumstances and a lot of uncertainty about the road ahead. Or maybe you want to sit in solidarity with brothers and sisters who are grieving, and hold that space along with them with compassion and love. Whatever your circumstances, you are very welcome to join us for this reflective, comforting service.
