Palm Sunday Service   We will have special Palm Sunday music at 11:00 a.m. March 25Before each worship service, the children will meet in the back of the church  to receive palms and proceed to the chancel area to place the palms at the altar.

 

 

Palm Sunday Children’s Lenten Fair, March 25, 10-11 a.m.  All families with children Pre-School age through 5th Grade are invited to take part in our Lenten Fair. Children will first gather on the large playground, then travel by age group through six stations that will use crafts, interactive lessons, and snacks to retell the important story of Holy Week, the week before Easter.  Parents and family members are also invited to rotate with their children to learn this story along with their kids! We hope to see you there!

 

Maundy Thursday Communion Service  March 29, 7:00 p.m. This will be a brief service of scripture and communion.

 

                  Good Friday Prayer Stations

Experience the final hours of Jesus’ life through prayer stations via text message or email. You will receive periodic messages that tell the story of Jesus’ journey to the cross as well as offer opportunities for personal reflection and prayer. Message will begin at 8:00pm on Maundy Thursday and end at 4:00pm on Good Friday. EASTER SUNRISE SERVICE Come join us at Speedwell UMC, 7:00 a.m. You are invited for breakfast in their fellowship hall following the service. Everybody is welcome!

 

 

CUMC Easter Services The “Come and See” early service at 9:05 a.m. and traditional Easter service at 11:00 a.m., April 1.  Everybody is welcome.

 

 

Easter Egg Hunt

On Easter Sunday all children’s Sunday School classes will meet in the Small Fellowship Hall at 10:00 a.m. with the Easter Egg Hunt at 10:15 am.  Children birth-preschool will hunt eggs on the small playground in the back of the preschool classrooms and children K- 5th grade will hunt eggs on the large playground. Please bring 12 plastic eggs to the church office before Sun. or they may be brought that morning by 10 a.m. Any Middle or High School aged youth that would like to help stuff and hide eggs should meet in the Large Fellowship Hall at 9:45 a.m. Please come join us!
