190 people from the Cullowhee UMC family donated their time on Sat. June 5 to IMPACT our Community in Jackson County. Volunteers built ramps, porches and steps; children visited nursing homes and washed wheelchairs; youth delivered 2001 diapers and worked at United Chrisitan Ministries; youth and adults split wood for our senior citizens to be used for next winter; volunteers made items for nursing residents, made lunches for the volunteers and baked cookies for community helpers. At the end of the day, we celebrated with a barbecue. Check out the video below.
